Alexander Lessons are one to one. Teachers use their hands in a very gentle way to assist the pupil in learning through a series of practical procedures that increase their total awareness and create the conditions for use in a way that is natural, elegant, economical and efficient. Comfortable, loose clothing for ease of mobility is suggested
The Alexander Technique is an established and effective method of psycho-physical re-education and applicable to everyday life, to avoid inappropriate muscular tension; improve poise, and self confidence allowing better alignment and balance
An introductory lesson for consultation and assessment is offered, five lessons are preparatory and beneficial whilst 20-30 spaced lessons provide a good foundation for well-being
